hey y'all, thanks for reading. just bought this ranch. the LPG tank is active but a little rusty here. i want to sand it and repaint but i dont know anything about the process and whether or not im safe to do it while it's full. would greatly appreciate any tips as to not blow up the whole dang place. thanks!

Don’t you mean a submarine? You can easily find three millionares to dive with you in that fir $600,000 a pop and then just buy a new tank.
Maybe the most obvious question but do you own the tank or has it been leased out for 50 years.
