Nutrient Deficiency w/ Foliage Pro?

I’m seeing what I think are signs of nutrient deficiency on some of my faster-growing aroids but want to be sure before I adjust things, especially because this is my first time with this issue.

The signs I’m noticing are slowed growth and a lighter green/more yellow tone in between the veins on leaves (most notable on the newer leaves). The monstera is probably the most subtle, but the most recent leaf is lighter in color than the past ones and is definitely more yellow-toned at the margins of each lobe.

All but the Alocasia melo are in a chunky aroid mix of pine/elm bark, perlite, vermiculite, a little horticultural charcoal, and a little (10-20%) premium potting soil. I also add kelp meal for a slower-release nitrogen source and systemic granules for pest control. The Alocasia melo is in LECA.

I currently fertilize using Superthrive Foliage Pro with every watering at the recommended strength of 1/4 tsp/gallon. After I upsize a plant (which I’ve done for the Alocasia portora and the Monstera in the last month) I also add Pennington Plant starter at the recommended dose of 1 tbsp/gal for the first 3 waterings. I’ll include a picture showing that product’s guaranteed analysis.

The Alocasia melo gets Superthrive Foliage Pro at the recommended semi hydro dosing of 1 tsp/gal in distilled water pH-balanced to 6-6.5.

To me this looks like iron deficiency, but I know a lot of people use this fertilizer at the recommended doses without an issue. What would you recommend? Should I up the fertilizer overall? Look at getting a specific supplement? Am I maybe doing something wrong with how I prepare it?

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can give me. I love all these plants and want to make sure I’m doing right by them!
