Looks like a hen and chicks. Just stick it in soil

Make a little hole in the soil and stick the stem all the way in and keep the soil moist until it grows enough roots and it’s a Sempervivum and if you have a balcony or porch that gets direct sunlight outside put it there it is really snow hardy too I grow in them in zone 7a

Hen and chicks! They do best outside for me, need a lot of light and they’re very cold tolerant (we often get -30/-40C). They just need a well draining soil. A lot of people in my area put them in rock gardens
