Potatoes! I have contact allergies to the leaves etc and can’t touch the potatoes raw but can eat them just fine. A lot of people have reactions to night shade plants like potato, tomato, eggplant/aubergine.

Potatoes. Everything above ground is toxic. But once the leaves die back, grab a shovel, and enjoy free potatoes.
If some of the harvested potatoes are green or very small, bury them again and in a few months you will have more potatoes.
