Never too many plants! Just make sure you are planting ones suitable to the developing climate. Ie. More shade tolerant plants as the trees and shrubs get bigger.

My Musa is about as tall as yours, the leaves keep snapping and I have none left. What do you do to keep them? My smaller Musa is fine (Sorry if this is a stupid question)

no. i wouldn’t be sure it is lack of light. it looks great to me.
