Hi all! I'm new to gardening and this is my first time gardening in winter and with broccoli. can anyone help me figure out what this is, and how to fix? Small red bugs appearing to eat the underside of the leaves. I have netting over my broccs so this is isolated to just one of my plants thankfully, and this one is growing slower than 2 of my other ones. This one did have a small aphid problem that I eliminated about month ago with soap spray. Thanks in advance!

No idea on growing brocolli, but I feel they may be spider mites. Check for stippling or webbings. I am fairly certain a mild problem can be sprayed off like aphids. Soapy water or neem can help as well I believe.
