Powdery mildew maybe? I haven’t encountered it myself so I’m not 100% sure

Yup, powdery mildew. Ferox are very prone to it. Get a sulfur or copper based fungicide asap and spray every nook and cranny once a week for a couple of weeks. Don’t wait, it’ll keep spreading and kill your plant fairly quickly.
