Greenhouse that I quit from raining straight through

They claimed so many false things and would literally move and hide things during and before audits. They used over 20 scales not approved or even known of by the local county auditor. I loved the company and cared so much about food safety and I thought they did too but I came to learn they didn't after starting in June of 2021. I quit late 2023. They would promote the wrong people. My supervisor threatened me for being legally liable to get sued and the admin manager told me they'd have to drug test everyone and not just some people or it would be harassment after I got fed up with two people in charge of the harvest team were almost always drinking every week. There was a day where both of my team leads at the time for BrightFarms they were so drunk they were leaning and stumbling around. Then my supervisor Mark started walking down towards us and I thought oh thank God finally he'll finally notice they're drunk and he'll get them out of here. And he didn't she leaned and drunk walked to him leaned up against him and hugged him. Her and the male lead both reeked of alcohol. A previous incident I got screamed at by that same woman when she been drinking on break and came back to see me cleaning that belt you see in the video the way corporate told us to clean it that same day telling me just put the fucking hose down just put the hose down. I told the GM about this right after it happened. And he did nothing but make us talk when even 20 feet away from her on the other side of the room I could smell the alcohol coming from her and I was appalled that the general manager didn't speak up or do anything at all. This company's name is Brightfarms. It's a shit show and still is because all the same people work there that I mentioned. The GM literally got promoted to a higher position in corporate. All the corrective action they did was pull the rafts off as trash but reuse them after the get washed for more seeding. Put a tarp over only about 40 feet of the conveyor(pathetic) and put a tarp over only the front portion of the harvest machine (pathetic as well). That wasn't the only time too. It would happen very frequently every time it rained real good. I've quit that place some time ago but as someone that loves food safety and hydroponics it still irks me how they lie, cheat, and psychopathically manipulate to retain their position. Including the people in lower management including Mark the supervisor and Nick the general manager at the time in the story I was sharing. By the way the other lead that would always come in late and drink every week obviously got promoted to one of the only two maintenance positions in the building.
