Helping someone with their plants, which all need a repot and this guy is desperately in need of care. No fertiliser and probably been here for years. The window it’s at is south facing (Australia) and the pot is just a plastic nursery pot. I assume watered once a week or fortnight

Cordyline fruticosa maybe?
It looks like a fairly recent underwatering, or long-term neglect. You might be able to prune it back and encourage branching. Please don’t assume any of the plants are root bound or need new pots before you actually check the roots.
