I have a Roquito pepper plant in a small Kratky system where the nutrients are being provided by Terra Aquatica (European version of General Hydroponics).
The reservoir is about 1L, however I'm not filling it completely to allow room for the roots to breathe. Due to the smallish reservoir, I do need to refill it about once per week, I let it completely empty before refilling it.
After the most recent refill, the leaves started to go yellow with black spots and fall off. I've included pictures of the leaves and the root system which I suspect may be suffering with root rot however there is no bad smell from them.
I have 4 other chilli plants of different varieties in the same area using the same nutrients, same size of reservoir without any issues.
Any diagnosis or further questions would be appreciated!
