You are watering too often and may have some root rot issues because of it. I would back way off on watering to start with.

Too much water. It should not bend like that. I water mine maybe every 4-6 weeks.

I don’t agree that this is necessarily a sign of over watering, I believe it is more indicative of your plant wanting more light

If you do want to cut it there is great videos on YouTube or Google explaining how easy it is to propagate it and exactly what to do but me personally I would just try to tie it up with some twine and water less and it should bounce back and be straight…. I have one almost identical beside my bed and honestly can’t remember when I watered it last

I tend to agree it’s not getting quite enough light judging by how dark the leaves are. It may also be getting a touch too much water. I don’t think it’s a single issue here.

If you want to trim, that’s really easy. Make a cut with an upward pointing v at whatever length you’re happy with. If you want to propagate, cut the leaf into 3” sections with the v facing up in each section. Roots will only grow from the lower portion of each section so it helps to keep track of which end goes in the soil. You could make a whole second pot of plants with one of those long leaves.

Light. Give it direct sunlight, at very least the brightest indirect light you possibly can.

Once a week!! Lord have mercy. I water mine once a month and then sometimes even forget it.
