This has been in rain water for well over a month, possibly 2 or even 3 by now(I have a newborn so time is an illusion lol) and it’s my last cutting from my cherished rose bush that died. Someone said it was callus formation and I should expect roots but it’s been a month since then and there’s been nothing. It’s grown some new leaves up top but that’s it. If I had more cuttings I would try to pot this and see what happens but I don’t want to risk the last piece of the rose my mother got me dying so I’m hoping someone else has had this before and knows what it is and how much hope I should hold on to.
