First time propagating. These guys took a little long to start showing roots, but clearly they’re going. Just wondering when would be a good time to transfer these guys to dirt. The original plant I had was always in water, but I’d like to put a few of these all in the same pot together, any advice?

4” root length minimum. Ignore anyone telling you to wait for secondary roots, they’re just new too & don’t realize you don’t need to do that with pothos.
Why are they out of the prop water?
