  1. I envy your food bargains , Jill … my stores never mark things down over 50% unless the packaging is damaged . Many of the dated items are sent to the food banks for distribution to charities . Do you have free food pantries where you live ? I know they can be a real blessing for many ! Have a good week !

  2. Good morning, Jill, from Windermere, Florida zone 9b USA
    Great bargains 👍
I love your tidying up the Garden.
Beautiful chives and ivy. I love how you and your neighbors share.
I hope you are having a wonderful week.

  3. You have some lovely grounds around your flat, your little planting area is doing really well and I liked the metal display. Another good bargain haul I can’t believe the price of those pork loins, and did the gammon shanks taste as good as they looked?

  4. Wow 🤗 all that for 45p 👍 Nice that your neighbors are gardening as well. There is so much space that could be used as a garden. Here more and more neighbors are convincing the houseowners that they're allowed to build raised beds in the backyard.

  5. Great hauls. Those radishes looked delicious.😋 I can't get them to grow this year. Your gardens look so healthy and beautiful.🌱🌱 Blessings.🤗🌻

  6. You’re definitely the Queen of bargains! it seems you live in a lovely community of like minded people all looking after the gardens, far better than the “gardeners” who are paid and just hack everything down, those boxes 4 for £10! we’d be lucky to get 1 at that price now, it’s quite scary how costly everything is now, we’re lucky we have time to hunt bargains down now we’re retired.

  7. Silly question possibly 🙂 but how do you tally those discounted finds through the self check-outs? Do you have to type each item in?

  8. I'm not sure what's going on but thought I'd let you and your subscribers know. I've had to pop into Lidl a few times this past 2 weeks. I've only spent a few pound each time.
Then I've had a spin the wheel thing on my Lidl app.
I've won a free pepper, pineapple, strawberries and today a free ice-cream product, so I got the almond ice lollies at £2.65.
All this for free not including the free things they give you when you reach a certain spend.
    I can't believe what I've got.
