I've been trying to establish a clover lawn but my clover has started to look really sad and now I have this really invasive weed (not really sure what it is) taking over. Do I hand weed it all again and spread more clover seed?

Looks like Bromus grass, depending on where you are, clover is actually the invasive
I am in zone 7b South Carolina forgot to add that tidbit
