It’s probably way too wet and possibly root bound knowing most plants from those big box stores. I’d repot first thing in your substrate of choice. Make sure to quarantine it too, until you’re sure it doesn’t have pests etc.
A jacklyn this size won’t need a ton of humidity but it wouldn’t mind it! Nitrogen rich fertilizer every watering. Well draining soil. They’re thirsty too, so keep an eye on it. You may also think about separating them when repotting if the combined root systems are just too much for that size pot.
