I’m trying to grow dahlias this year for the first time ever. In watching their development I have become concerned over what I think is irregular growth due to mosaic virus. Will you all be so kind as to confirm or deny, based on the photos? TIA!

I’m no expert but this doesn’t look anything like the mosaic virus pictures I’ve seen.
She looks fine to me, and you already pinched. Just give her some time. I have plenty that are still in this gangly stage
Do you have a lot of mites around? Could be why the leaves look a bit deformed
