As long as you don’t have too many white leaves, could just leave it. It will most likely die, but it’ll be very pretty in the meantime!
The issue only becomes when a plant puts out several white leaves and then has to use a lot of energy maintaining leaves which are not providing it with any in return. I’ve heard that if you get a third white leaf to cut, but I imagine it also depends on how big the plant is and how many total leaves it has.

If that’s the first one like that Id wait and see what the next one looms like before you chop it. I usually wait till it’s like 3 in a row before I chop it back

Personally, i’d let it go right now. Its not the same but i have an adansonii albo that does white every order and it’s doing fine
