My 3 bonsai trees

I have 3 trees that I recently acquired for my backyard. Currently, they are sitting on 2×4's to get off the brick and stone. I am having a wooden platform built for them to sit on in the garden which will also provide me with working space for the trees.

  1. Trident maple: 35 years old and was obviously field grown. I'm not sure which side is the front yet, but the trunk and roots look amazing! I will be working on the branches next
  2. Satsuki azalea "Kegon": not sure how old this tree is, but I expect it to be less than 20 years old… estimating 10 years at this point.
  3. Satsuki Azalea "Chiyonishiki": 35 years old and one of my favorites of the 3 because of its shape and appearance. I don't have a good vision yet about how I would like to shape the tree, but I know that it's branches could use a hard prune back.

Looks like two maples and an azalea, all beautiful trees.
