This is supposed to be a “big boy”. Clearly looks pretty small, but I’m more curious on why this tomato looks like it’s starting to rot on the vine. And what I can do to fix it? Thanks!
You need to go put a quart of miracle gro on each of your plants and water way more.

Seems like it just over-ripened. Is this the first fruit from the plant? Is likely just a dwarf. Phosphorus-forward fertilizer, potential some Calcium+Magnesium supplement, and ensuring a Deep Watering each time should help bulk them up
