Should I cut this broken leaf off my monstera?

I just moved and broke one of the bogged leaves in my young monstera. Should I cut it off completely or leave it be? I want to motivate the monstera to grow new leaves but it’s young and stalemating.
Water semi frequent. Indirect light.

No it’s still helping the rest of the plant add more light and fertilize if you don’t for more growth

Gradually increase the light exposure. These do best with direct sun. Don’t cut the leaf because it can still photosynthesize light for energy.

It’s still attached partially so it’s still helping with photosynthesis. Unless it browns and dies I’d keep it! I have a rattlesnake calathea with some holes in it since I got it and it’s been perfectly fine.
