I’m hesitant to say as there isn’t any definitive vein clearing but it looks more like spider mite damage. Just keep a eye on the coloration

I had this happen with my dahlias a few weeks ago, didn’t know about viruses affecting dahlias. I looked for pests and didn’t see any so let them be. They progressively got worse until there were visible spider mites all over it. I somehow missed the spider mites when mine looked like yours and I have been treating a banana leaf with spider mites so not sure how I didn’t see them. I spent all afternoon cutting most of the leaves off and spraying with insecticidal soap to try to salvage mine.
I’m not saying that’s what is happening with yours but worth checking carefully because mine looked the exact same.
