This American Beech is fighting

So this beech tree is still alive whilst others across the street have long since died. This tree, along with a couple others, seem to be able to fight the blight. The bumps on the bark are hard and seem to have healing. Sone leaves are dead others healthy. I hope this is a good sign. Living in the Northeast, we have seen a tipping point over the last ten years or so. Multiple tree species lost to blight, invasive vines smothering everything and driving lesser-known native shrubs and weeds to the brink. I know this sub is quick to say “tree dead”, but I think this one might stand a chance
