Not an expert, but it looks like powdery mildew, especially if it’s humid and warm.

You have thrips, this is what the cell damage looks like from thrips sucking the life out of it. You can see a thrips in the photo. What has worked tried and true for me (as a plant rehabber) is Bonide systemic and Capt Jack’s Deadbug sprayed weekly for at least a month and periodically for a few more after. They lay eggs in the plant tissue so even if you kill the adults, more will hatch which is why you need longer term treatment.
