Acer leaves are browning

Anybody know why? It’s well looked after in an east facing garden and watered weekly

  1. I’m not surprised, you couldn’t have picked a more exposed position for this fussy plant. it needs some shade and some shelter.

Wind scorch as I have acers doing exactly the same thing.

Weekly? I’d water that at least every other day in summer.

  4. Acers live naturally under big trees in dappled shade with no exposed sun or wind. Move your pot.

It’s too exposed. It needs to tucked away from the wind and prolonged sun
