Could this be flower buds?
It's a dendrobium nobile… It's not supposed to make flower buds on this stem. It did so last year… But it doesn't look like a keiki anymore… At least not like the other keikis I've seen on my nobiles (I have a few. This one is the healthy one and it have produced keikis at the buttom and perhaps on a new stem. It's still too little to determine what's on that new stem).

The other nobiles keikis are full of roots, even before opening, but the keikis of the healthy one (this one) opens before making roots. Yet… They still don't look like this bud.
