Tall fescue Lawn is coming in nicely but I’m ready to take it to the next level.. currently watering 3x a week – 0.5 inches per water day, fertilizing with 10-34-10 every month. Was thinking of doing a liquid aeration followed by a broadcast spray of humic acid to help root development and get water deeper into my soil. What else am I missing for a lawn that is a nice deep green and very full?

Change your fertilizer over to a 3-0-1 npk formula. Cut way back on the water. Aeration is only needed if you have a compaction problem. Tall fescue is generally a lower maintenance grass once it’s established.
Looks far above a C imo for grass quality& health. I’d weed wack the edges as 1st step, then install a permeable downspout under ground and or establish landscaping to avoid the grass next to house window/siding.
