Moved into this home in December and this is growing on the side of the house. Can anyone identify / tell me the best way to take care of it so it doesn’t effect my brick exterior?
Its english ivy. The brown and the root remnants are all dead. Leave them an let them fall off naturally or you’ll damage the brick. The green ivy thats alive can be trimmed at the base and if its new enough removed from the wall, but if its really clinging just clip and let die.
