I was gifted this beautiful dahlia yesterday by my aunt. Would it be worth sacrificing a few smaller buds to try and propagate it from one of the tops that hasn’t begun blooming? Any tips on care would be much appreciated as I’m new to dahlias! 🩷

Soooo pretty! I can’t give any advice because I mostly have no idea what I’m doing but wanted to say thank you for sharing the pics – I now have added this variety to my list for my garden next year.
