My wife found these solar stair lights on Amazon for our front steps. I think they are a great accent but she thinks they look tacky. Keep them or ditch them?

    I’ve been looking at those same things! Sam’s Club has a 6 pack of solar disc lights that are similar, but the corner lights may be the ticket.

    I like them. Could you have alternated them so each step has a light but from a different side each time?

    I like them, but i have never had any luck with solar lights of any kind…seems like they work for a couple months then crap out on me.

    Good from far but far from good.

    They look fine from a distance but if you zoom in they look terrible.

    I view them from a practical lens, steps appear to be far from illumination of the house, and honesty the down lighting looks great. On steps.

    Looks like I would come home drunk and would think there are only half the steps there really are so I’d be trying to do big sweeping steps and inevitably fall down the stairs because I’m drunk. Maybe put one on every step

    I thinks they’re just lovely. And they might just save you from having someone sue you for a tripping hazard on those steps, ’cause now they can see where they’re going at night.
