I was raised on our family ranch nearby but I am excited to have some land of my own. Will likely run a few cows to make it an “agricultural property”. The personal driveway is only 100 yards off the county road. We get some heavy snowfalls in winter and I’ve only got a few thousand $ to spend. Would you get an old 4-wheeler w/plow, save up for a side-by-side, or an old but running tractor?
