Went into the home purchase using the VA Home loan. Didn't have alot of money going in but was able to get back a decent chunk at closing. Developers told us we had a year to complete the backyard, now as we sign for the house Aurora tells us we have 90 days. Looking for any insight on Aurora city codes for the lawn, they tell me I can only have a grass plot that's no bigger than 500sqft. I'm a disabled veteran with limited income, probably going to be doing most of the work myself. I'm hoping to find some help on best budget options to get the city off my back. Then kinda build it up throughout the years.
