about to sign the papers where the seller officially transfers over everything to us all right this is a settlement statement that has all the numbers together you guys should have already seen it so we just break it down under the credits and then the charges so on the credit side of course the first thing is the deposit that you gave which was $100,000 right and then you get a credit for the taxes cuzz the tax bill will come for the whole year okay um cuz they can’t break it up between what you owe and what the seller owes okay so this is what the seller owed for their portion of the taxes okay then your charges are the sales price 2275 million a few moments later all right you guys so it is official you know we signed the papers how you feeling yes guys I feel amazing we finally finished signing and it feels great I mean it was really smooth really easy process but we’re done guys it’s it’s official it’s official now we’re about to go to the house and show you guys all right things you guys see we might be changing so just keep that in mind this is our house we’re going to be doing renovations and we’re going to make it how we want it we’re going to make it our home how we want it exactly ex so as soon as you walk in here we have a bar which is not staying here yeah it’s not staying here I want this to be like a very wow effect like you walk in these doors and it’s like whoo like yeah so this is getting knocked down yeah definitely knocked down we have an interior designer y’all and she’s going to make this like our dream come true yeah literally so here we have this nice living room let’s talk about that chandelier hold on o oh my God beautiful so beautiful these windows here very high open windows and you got a perfect view of the backyard from right here and there is a balcony that wraps around the whole house yeah definitely that was one thing we were really looking for like we wanted wanted to make sure that our house had a lot of Windows and this is what it’s giving a lot of this is perfect this is beautiful so right across from this living room we have this room right here this is one of the rooms this is probably but this was yeah this was a office space but they left it like this we told him to leave it like this we told him to leave some things in the house like how they were but yeah so this is probably going to be Zak’s room who knows right it’ll cuz it’ll be close to our room cuz our room is right there he he said he wants to sleep with me no first of all that’s not going to that’s not a thing no more but yo babe I I feel like since it’s so close to like the entrance I feel like this should be like a something else this like an office room yeah like an actual office and look you got the perfect view to like outside you know what I’m saying yeah that’s true it could be like a Content room maybe a gaming room a Content room that would be so cool an editing room editing room or a gaming room yo we’re starting the gaming channel in this house just know that oh yeah we’re starting it there’s so much things we’re going to do y’all in this house so over here let’s just go right on to the master bedroom hey look at hey we this is crazy tell them $80,000 made in Turkey made turkey these are custom made $80,000 both of them huge I mean I’m telling you $80,000 is a lot of money crazy I wouldn’t I don’t know I’m just happy it came with the house cuz I wouldn’t have paid for that right oh where you oh what that’s definitely my closet it’s the bigger one come on well we already did I we I already told you you could have it so don’t even act like on camera like oh this just telling the trench family they got to know you know that’s yours okay trench family check mine out where’s where’s my light all right it’s nice trench family it needs some work it needs some work it’s not as big as Rice’s closet but it’s okay cuz every house we’ve ever lived in I’ve always let you get the bigger closet you know why it’s not as big it’s that big wall right there maybe you can knock it that here knock that oh I can make some shelves don’t worry about it I’m going to do something nice don’t worry about it all right so here we have our master bathroom before anything you guys I want to let you know the brown stuff anything you see brown in this house gone so as you guys can see the cabinets are brown here yeah that’s going we’re going to fix all that yeah that’s something I really don’t like we don’t like look that is getting fixed too we have our tub wait wait look this is my favorite part about the house this is look at this shower hold on let me get in here hold on I don’t think you guys understand how big this shower y’all this shower is gigantic it can fit like 20 people it definitely can fit like 20 people in here this is crazy tell them the nice little thing that this has that’s what I was about to tell them and the best part about it is guys this is a steam room this bathroom turns into like a steam room it’s amazing now you have a sauna and you have a steam room in your own house that’s fire and look you guys just so you guys know these windows are tinted so basically people can we can see outside but nobody can see inside yeah I think that’s super cool that’s the best feature like this an awesome feature so so beautiful this is our master bathroom you guys and then obviously here’s where you have the toilet and we have the nice little digital stuff yeah this wo babe you keeping that I got to I have to I have to that’s awesome right there but look you guys oh yeah it goes up on its own and then we have these nice little controls what is this called like a a lot of features I don’t know like a heated toilet a smart smart toilet smart toilet come on now we have a balcony in our room direct access come on now we got a big balcony it is so hold on guys it is so so Sunny so sunny but guys we have a beautiful view of our backyard right from our bedroom JP was also talking about putting some windows in here that’s hey I was just going to say that guys I was talking about making maybe making this like a bigger sliding door to make like a glass room yeah I think that would be window room might as well right it’s our house we could do whatever we want and then we get a direct view to the pool and all of our land as you guys can see but anyways babe let’s keep it going let’s keep it going we all let’s keep it going y’all all right you guys so now we’re going going to the formal dining room this is where we’re going to have our huge dining table this is the formal side of the house and again another chandelier come on now chandeliers on top of chandeliers baby wait but look at the detail of the ceiling look at that ceing again that looks so nice it’s not just a regular basic ceiling you know it got some touches to it has some touches some details again custom drapes right there super expensive oh yeah super expensive and on top of that we got a view to the outside which is awesome and remember you guys nobody can see inside we can only see outside yes so so beautiful y’all I’m so in love with this house there’s so much space everywhere and it’s so open so now over here let’s take you guys inside of our laundry room bab this is a huge laundry room manab this look like this look like somebody’s room so K I think this is going to be your room right here this your room bro serious right now so it keeps on going all the way to the back all the way you know this is a lot of space we got a lot of clothes so yeah also babe you want to about this what’s in here oh we just okay more closets we have a steamer right yeah this is a steamer you know what I’m saying this is this right here is to dry clean your clothes as you can see ooh all your polos all your nice designer yeah the expensive clothes you throw that in there now so you don’t ruin it yeah nothing getting ruined in this house so now over here my favorite place of the house the kitchen because you know we love eating and remember you guys the brown is getting removed even this even this countertop we’re taking this whole kitchen is getting remodeled and y’all stay tuned cuz it’s going to be beautiful yeah so we don’t really got to you know yeah that’s the kitchen yeah yeah whatever it’s going to be all different so right here is the dining where the dining table is going to be but this is not the formal what is it called like a breakfast yeah like a breakfast table yeah we’re going to have that really nice here this oh wait sorry guys over here this right here is really nice but we’re going to knock it down and make it different like maybe like blackish T you know what I’m not even going to tell you tell babe if if we were going to tell him something we put some nice couch couches again we have open to everything the backyard everything glass beautiful and just so you guys know all these open like we can like literally just make it open like it’ll be open fresh air we don’t want to use the AC one day yeah super cool so that is up actually no there’s another room upstairs y’all let’s go to the other wait what about the balcony you not we’re going balcony just wraps all the way around all the way around it’s so beautiful it keeps going super super nice again more views of the backyard the backyard is like a key to this house so you got to have is hey guys this closet is Big look at us this is mine what this is my closet you want this to be your room hey see that’s what I was saying we make the other room that you said was going to be his like a like a game office I don’t know but this could be his that one already used to be an office it doesn’t even have a closet so might as well make it our recording room right right right I think open direct access to the backyard the bars over there but wait let’s just give them the tour first baby all right so you want to start from the outside and come in so they can see the entrance of this area it’s pretty it’s a different entrance from upstairs come on y’all wow see down here is different you don’t go up the stairs you have your own little entrance it’s really nice look hey zakas we’re going to make this area super nice with ch area nice chill area so now come on in y’all all right where we going where we going super open you know you have your nice little living room area so this was a bathroom for the guest especially you know you can come right in here from the pool so you yeah this bathroom comes straight out from the pool like as you guys can wait all let me show them my fault bab I didn’t mean to interrupt you but I got to show them all right you guys so as you guys can see the backyard is right here and if any of the guests need to use the bathroom there’s a keep going through this Tour all right super nice right here straight across from that bathroom we have a nice little guest room super pretty you know superal simple we have a really fun night someone can’t go home they sleep here sleep then across this one we have another one another nice little room this house has six rooms y’all yeah technically five but one of them was converted into a room it was the office yeah so come on we have another what’s here oh is just a closet yeah it’s just a closet so then over here babe tell them what comes with this room in here oh so basically this is a safe room safe room y’all so if anything’s going down or anything’s happening this is going to be the room but I’m not going to tell you guys too much cuz this is the safe room exactly the safe room you can’t say too much can’t say too much but in there we have a bathroom in here there’s a bad smells bad in here yes did you come in here and take a poop smells like somebody just used the bathroom I won’t lie they did a number two yeah they did a number two for sure oh all right you guys so these are the three bathrooms downstairs I’m sorry these are the three bedrooms downstairs and then here we have one of our garages y’all oh yeah there’s multiple garages oo okay okay super big this like a what three car garage what do you say I say four I mean it’s I say four car garage and there’s two of these there’s one on the other side of the house yeah it’s perfect we have so many cars this is perfect for us two exactly what you think K it’s like this is like the best house ever we got well this theme of this bar is super cool you know the walls and everything but you also have a full view of the the outside yeah and right now they’re closed but all these open you know just like the whole Grill sessions I can’t wait I’m going to be in the pool chilling or tanning you’re going to be cooking up and we also have for like the eggs the oh the Habachi perfect perfect so over here y’all we have a whole bunch of you know Greenery really nice we’re going to have some beautiful outside furniture it’s going to be fire and here we have our pool and our hot tub as you guys can see oh my God this right here is I want to jump in right now look at K he’s ready chill out man chill out chill out but as you guys can see this is how the house looks from the back super nice super modern our pool is super big and one thing I really love about this pool is that it’s an infinity pool so it goes all the way literally it goes all the way over there as you guys can see so come over here we have more areas this is going to be so cool we’re going to make yeah this is all going to f filled up with furniture and stuff like that you guys know and then we have our hot tub over here and then we’re going to take you guys this way guys there’s a lot of land so this is like a workout every morning don’t even got to go to the gym really look guys this is everything and all this land remember guys 10 acres that’s huge it’s a property oh and there’s the other garage we were talking about yeah that so yeah you guys this is the side of the house just give them a good look look how this house looks from over here oh look at this you guys I’m definitely playing that play I just can’t believe this is hours man this is all hours like we literally did it babe we’ve done it we’ve done it man I can’t believe this we’re going to walk this whole thing cuz we still got fruits to show to them oh my goodness there’s so much to show you guys but Ka wants to show y’all something the playground the lived here before they didn’t take care of the house but they got good owners now but now they got the trench family we good care of it good care we paid cash for this house too we paid a lot of money chickens to our family to the trench family chickens a part of the trench family I mean I think that’s pretty cool I think it’s awesome I think everybody that owns land or or has space should have chickens because chickens they produce natural eggs and there’s nothing better than eat eating natural food that’s why that’s one thing we’re going to work on here trench family we’re going to have a lot a lot of fruits and vegetables we’re going to we’re going to be a lot organic very natural you know what I’m saying right baby homegrown straight from our house y’all none of the outside grocery shopping this is our grocery shopping our own backyard this is Beau so where we going right now like the grapes over there oh yeah that’s the grapes hold on we’re going to take them there right now okay guys one second so right now let’s show them right here our shed right which is our shed that and it got air conditioner that’s what I was about to say and AC yep y’ and it has AC so let me see guys know those are all banana trees we’re going to show you some bananas right here in a little bit look we have some grapes down there where where all the way down here hold on oh I see them y oh my God look at the little grapes they’re oh my God they’re literally oh my God I can’t wait cuz look everywhere love gra oh my God all the grapes are you excited that boy’s excited I’m excited excited for all these fruits and stuff that we’re going to have here so over here are all fruit trees I can’t yeah there so I think he said bananas bananas bananas but in the front of our house is where we have literally the whole like yard full of like fruits and vegetables but right now we’re going to show you guys this is where our vegetable area is so we have like tomatoes we have Peppers what else is there a couple things here yeah a couple things here and just so you guys know like a lot of the house got his stuff already going but we’re going to have to work on some stuff so this is something we’re going to have to put some work into and then over here we have like a nice little what is it a pond we got our own little Pond if me and zakas or the family just wants to come fishing we can do that yeah definitely but the good thing about it is that we do have a gate here so if like the kids go running around yeah yeah there’s a gate as you guys can see nobody’s falling in that pond well like a whole another five acres on this side no it is it’s split up it’s five acres over there and then five acres over here 10 acres that’s crazy I think it’s so crazy but it’s like such a dream come true literally like who would have known right bro babe when we woke up like I woke up extra extra early cuz today was closing day I was like so I couldn’t believe I was like oh my God dreams come true this is crazy I can’t believe we’re doing this and the best part about it is we’re doing it with the family we’re doing it all together a don’t make me cry now babe I already cried I’ve been you guys the reason it’s so fenc in like there’s fences on top of each other is cuz the previous person that owned this house they had animals and they had like you know farm animals animals and they they used to but it’s not there no more it’s not there no more cuz it’s ours but this is all ours too as you guys can see straight in walking to our property all ours baby all of it and look the house is all way over there I got to keep saying that cuz it surprises me still yeah my legs are hurting are you ready to go back yeah I’m ready to go back all right so let me let me give the trench family this is this feels safe seed out the out the way it’s so quiet here and as you guys can see like we have 10 acres of land so just imagine all of our neighbors have land like they’re not worried about anything exactly everybody that lives in this area even close they all have their own land their own property and this the soccer gave us a b like and flowers from my mom and that was like um RS in there guys yeah let them do that now they’re going to get there let me not even say it our dogs don’t play yeah yeah Jimmy you might meet Jimmy or bear or there might be another one on the way but you know keep that between us oh let’s go let’s go through the other Bridge so we can show them yeah so that was the bridge we came in through we’re going to show you guys the other Bridge so there’s three bridges in total I feel like it’s so beautiful and there’s like a cool little detail to the front bridge so there’s like a lake across like the across our street after those trees there’s a lake so at a certain time the water from the lake comes on and it looks like a nice little yeah like like a little river like I don’t know what you call it but look you guys oh my goodness Bridge a little Bridge are you ready to take the bridge come on man hey K what are you going to do with all this lamb bro bro I’m going to feed me some fruit and S you some fruit exactly I’m going to send K in the morning go get me a banana go get me some lemons go get me some tangerines everything K you ready for that she said she about to be making you run around this whole area I’m not even going to know which way to go to the house bro the house is right there you know which one’s the house it’s the big thing and it’s okay you’ll have bear and Jimmy protecting you at all times yeah literally we have vegetables let’s go let’s see what we can find guys so there’s dragon fruits there’s avocados there’s lemons there’s tangerines there’s um oranges there’s mangoes oh my gosh mangoes where the mangoes all over there there’s a lot of them ready oh wow you guys look at all these mangoes oh and this is a tree too this is something all these trees serve a purpose this is something else right here I don’t know what he said what is this babe dragon fruit or what is I think this is the dragon fruit tree but don’t worry in a couple months you’re going to see them all yeah oh my God guys what do you see I just see cuz I see a mango look at all the mangoes mango oh my God the mangoes are almost Ry mango oh my God you guys well technically they are ready you can eat those purple mangos look and then there’s more mangoes right there mango wow you guys this is I just the I want to cry right now but I’ve already cried too much this is like such a dream come true don’t cry babe don’t cry we
