This plant is rotting from overwatering. I recently rescued one of these from a friends house, that plant was so severely rotten to the point that all the strings were dried and had a little bit of green left at the tips. I had success with cutting healthy looking parts and letting it root in water, then transferring it to (well draining!) soil. It’s happily growing as we speak 🙂
