ive seen people just lay it on top of some soil and it’ll grow and you can harvest it by cutting off chunks and leaving the rest in the soil to continue to grow. i think it’s because they’re rhizomes? and they just keep spreading and putting out shoots. someone more knowledgeable please correct me if im wrong!!
