Cover cap with a rag and open it.
In the back of the yard. 😂

Hose it down with some cold water
Definitely shouldn’t be stored in direct sunlight

I had one pop in the garage, definitely wear gloves to keep it off your skin.

Spray with cold water. Put inside of large trash bag. Pray to sweet baby Jesus and open it slowly

  5. maybe you can poke a very tiny hole on the top pf it to let it depressurize. A very small screwdriver or a toothpick should do.

i would assume that is no longer good as a fertilizer lol

Hey just curious – what breed of trichocereus produces these short segments stacked on top of eachother?

Set it in the freezer for an hour or two. Take it as far from the house as you can. Wear clothes you’re ok with throwing away right now. That’s all the tips I have. Good luck dude!!
