Say hello to Fertile Myrtle the Pothos. I posted about this beautiful pearls and jade when I got it a week ago because I was confused about the growth pattern with really tight inter-nodal spacing. Well, turns out, she just likes to put out new growth at nodes for absolutely no reason! And this isn’t even all of them! On every vine I examined, I noticed new growth from nodes, even if there was no damage to that vine. One of the growths appears to be putting out twins too (last pic). She’s quite rootbound, but if she’s this happy, I don’t think I’m gonna touch her until she starts showing signs of distress.
