Hello Planty folks. Was doing a bit of watering tonight and noticed my Philo white princess has these small brown spots on many leaves; even a new unfurling one. I treat regularly with bonide systemic & sprayed it down with insecticidal soap just in case it’s spider mites (I didn’t see webbing). There is no root rot (clear pot & strong roots). For reference; it’s located in a room with west facing filtered light; about 6 feet from the window but on a shelf with a ceiling mounted full spectrum grow light (about 18in away from top of plant). Room is about 45-55% ambient humidity (cali) & I don’t mist. I up the humidity to about 55% w a humidifier but keep a tower fan running on low. I am hoping it isn’t a rust fungus, but I am unsure since the new growth is unfurling with the same type of spots. No plants in the vicinity have these spots (about 20 different kinds in the same area). Any help is appreciated!!
