Please Help! what are these tiny worms in my potted plants (image 1)and how get rid of them. Also in the same pot i get these very tiny excretion balls (image 2). Is it the same worms or a different pest.

That genuinely looks like a tiny earthworm, I’m no expert so if one could chime in that’d be wonderful. If it is indeed an earthworm it’s not gonna harm ur plant, in fact it’ll benefit it but it will eventually run out of food and pass away.

Could be fungus gnat larva?
They start as worms and get chunkier over time.
