Hello! I recently grabbed a Pink Princess from wal-mart that was clearly neglected. Figured for $20 it wasn’t too bad. With little knowledge, I repotted out of the soaked and compacted soil, rinsed the roots and repotted into a much more airy mix (bark, perlite, potting mix). I’ve watered once and make sure that the soil doesn’t stay too soaked. Proper drainage for sure. The plant unfurled a new leaf yesterday that has been slowly progressing since I brought it home. Now that it’s open, it looks sad.
Any help is appreciated on brightening this plant up a bit and promoting health/growth! 1st pic is a few days ago. 2nd pic is today!
