Carnivorous Plants

Advice needed

I have a 6 year old well established N. Ventrata currently with 2 pitchers and 5 or 6 separate basal shoots. She’s growing pretty well but she’s in a very small 4” pot and hasn’t been repotted in at least 4 years (according to the woman I bought her from). She just grew a decent sized pitcher last week and she now has 2 new leaves and 3 pitchers that are appearing to form. The problem I’m having – on one of her basal shoots she has some yellowing leaves. She’s getting plenty of light (2 grow lights), but I’m worried it’s either that she’s root bound or there’s some root rot because there’s only one hole in the bottom of the pot and the soil (I believe it’s peat moss and perlite) is just so old it’s time to replace. She does have a root coming out of the bottom of the pot. Do I repot her in sphagnum and perlite today and run the risk of her dumping her pitchers due to shock or let her keep growing these leaves and pitchers and repot her once the pitchers have grown in? She’s gotten fed recently and I was planning on giving her some Maxsea both on her leaves and a spritz in both established pitchers to give her a little boost. What should I do? What could be causing the yellowing leaves? The bottom leaf could just be yellow due to age but the top leaf being yellow is concerning. Plus it’s only on the one shoot which is odd and that’s what’s leading me to believe there’s something happening below the soil. Water is with distilled only and it’s every 3-5 days based on how damp the soil is. Any suggestions would be very helpful!
