What’s wrong with my Yucca?

Hello! My Yucca (purchased from Ikea over a year ago) was thriving until over the past 5 months or so when the leaves all started to turn yellow and fall off. The new growth that had been there before all died. Now the ends of the remaining leaves are curling in and going brown. The top of the trunk is mouldy. Living in SW England.

I water the plant every 10 days or so as advised, it gets indirect light from a pretty big window.

Is there anything I can do to save it? Feel free to ask for any more info. Thank you in advance 🙂

It looks like it needs more light, and less watering. Every 10 days sounds rather frequent when it’s not getting a lot of light. If it were mine I would take it out and check the roots. Make sure they’re still viable. You can cleanly slice those little dudes off from the top and root them in water. In my experience they root and grow slowly, but you can provide yourself with another plant if this one’s roots are rotting.
