I’m fairly new with plants and got this Billietiae a month or so ago. When I got it it already had those dots (2nd photo) but slowly it’s been getting more brown and sad.
Does anyone have any recommendations to get her back to health? The soil doesn’t seem to be holding onto excess moisture and it’s been draining fine but I do need to repot it as I haven’t yet. I did remove a bit of soil after purchasing because it seemed to be a bit deep. Thanks for any advice!

I would look at the roots first. Then consider how close it is to the light as I look for pests.
