100% counts as composting. If you wanna speed it up, chop everything to bits. I think I see a big block of wood in the top left corner- that would take years to break down, so I would remove it. The rest would definitely benefit from a little chopping. Then, enjoy your compost.

It looks like you have some treated lumber in there. That won’t compost very well. That’s going to be a slow pile, if you mulched the wood/brush it would go much faster.
