My Calthea has white fuzz on the roots…is this mold?? 😩 I do bottom water it and sometimes it sits in the water several hours but Google was not terribly helpful on if it’s something to worry about or not. Help me not kill this plant!!
It sits in a west facing window and has seemed fine, I just noticed this when I picked it up to water it today.

Just normal root hairs for absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. Those roots look really healthy and totally fine.
Totally agree, just roots looking as roots should, they’re happy and healthy, don’t worry!
