Is this tree done for?

There is water collecting at the base of this tree trunk and it looks like it’s coming from inside the tree. I can’t tell if there’s an entrance for water to go into up higher in the tree but this tree definitely has some damage from previous breakage (some more recent than others). I’m gonna try to get up higher in the tree to get a better look in the next couple of days but I’m unsure I’ll be able to see anything.

I am also taking recommendations for any arborists that y’all have used before and seemed to be fairly priced.
