I've signed up to be notified as I know they're my best bet at getting it (they literally created it) but I found this plant months and months months ago and it's never been in stock since! 🙁 there's probably nothing I can do, I guess I just want to complain

This may or may not be helpful but I don’t think their notification thing works 100% of the time, I was signed up for a few and just checked the site right after they updated stock and they had what I wanted even though I didn’t get the notification. And then of course once I bought it I got the notification when they restocked the next week lol.
If you’re super invested, I would just bookmark the page and set a phone reminder to check it every Friday right when they restock just in case it’s there.

They only notify if they get over a certain amount in stock at once (like 10, 14, something like that). Sadly their practices have slipped after losing a bunch of employees who were keeping the machine well oiled.
