This Pin Oak tree was damaged a few days ago during hurricane in Houston. It had two large branches that needed to be removed. My neighbors tree guy took care of it. I could believe what he did to it. Will this tree survive. Can oak trees have all their limbs cut and still grow new limbs? Should this tree just being completely taken down now.
