Prayer Plant Cutting Gone Wild

I was able to take six cuttings from a prayer plant that I accidentally killed (overwatering 😭). I've successfully planted half of these now and they're off to a great start. The roots of the remaining three weren't quite long enough, so I left them as they were – in separate small glass jars full of water and covered with plastic wrap (with a hole for the stems and leaves to poke out, obviously). It's been about 4-5 weeks and I've changed the water maybe three times.

This cutting is completely different from all of its siblings. First of all, it seems to have grown a large protrusion that's covered in leafy-like material. There are roots coming out of this as well as other random places, plus a handful of spindly little green shoots – something totally absent from all of the others. It also popped out a wee mini leaf and looks to be getting ready for another!

No part of the cutting is squishy, even if it might look that way from the photos. However, I'm worried that when I plant this in soil, the extra parts might rot and kill the whole thing. What do you guys think? Should I trim any of this, or just plant it and see what happens?
