Well, guess I’m raising a pride.


Sowed some Leonotis leonorus (Lion's tail) seeds about two weeks ago. I had gotten accustomed to low germination rates (probably due in part to it being winter here currently) so I didn't actually expect this many to germinate. Whoops. They can get quite big here in South Africa, so I don't need that many.

Oh well, I'm sure I'll be able to find people to swop with for some other things. About 80 more seeds left! 😬

This is the orange one, if you were wondering. I have seeds for the white one as well, but think I'll leave those for later.
